The Shapeoko files did not include the dxf files we needed, but it came with pdf files instead. While that may be not what we needed, Jon and I imported the pdf files into Rhino and fixed all the small details which made the files unusable for milling.
Some of the files I fixed to prepare for milling. A lot of the lines were layered on each other. This would cause major problems if not fixed. It also prevents from joining the lines.
This week I also helped rebuild the Nerdy Derby track. Cut myself twice, pulled out about 4 blisters and overall got very frustrated. Its still not finished but hopefully we will be done soon.
